Q: How do I navigate through my virtual tour?

   A: Navigating through your tour is easier than you think.

1. Select the tour you wish to view.

2. The selected tour will load and appear on your screen automatically.

3. When the tour appears on your screen, using your mouse, place the arrow on the tour.

4. To maneuver through the tour, hold down the right click on the mouse and drag the arrow in the direction you wish to view.

5. If you wish to "zoom in" or "zoom out", simply click the "ZOOM ICON" and you will be given the opportunity to choose a "+" or "-". The "+" will bring you closer to image while the "-" will take you back.

Q: What size tour do I need?

   A: First decide your needs. We recommend the 6 tour package for smaller listings such as smaller houses, apartments and condominiums. It has been our experience that a tour of the front yard, kitchen, family room, living room, master bedroom, and backyard is sufficient to properly show the amenities and features of these smaller listings. We recommend the 10 tour package for listings that are larger or have special amenities such as bonus rooms, libraries, ocean or scenic views, upgraded master bathrooms, etc. Secondly, determine what your budget will allow.

Q: How long does it take to receive my tour?

   A: Depending on your availability, the entire process takes between 24 to 48 hours. The shoot itself generally lasts between 20 to 25 minutes.

Q: What is my part in the tour taking process?

   A: It depends on the agent. We understand that our clients are very busy, so we do not require the agent to be present at the time of the shoot. However, the owner must be present and aware that the agent will not be showing up. Tours will be taken according to the agent's specifications on the order form.
